Membership Questions

Our membership is £12 a month (incl. VAT).

The main body of our membership is titled the SELF method, which is an on-going educational programme with weekly installments, teaching you the power of sound, how to use your energy, and how to make changes to your lifestyle that can help you to find your freedom from within.

Along with that, members also get access to exclusive content from I AM Sound, including meditations, as well as special offers and discounts from our favourite partnering companies.

Sounds great right?

As long as you like. This is the membership of a lifetime, for a lifetime, and it’s our hope that you’ll be with us for forever. If you choose monthly billing, your membership will auto-renew on a monthly basis, but you can cancel at any time. If you choose annual billing, your membership will auto-renew every 12 months, unless you cancel before your next billing cycle. But don’t worry, we do email you 30 days before the annual subscription is due, so there is no surprise.

You can pay for your monthly membership via credit or debit card through Stripe, our third party payment processor. Or if you really love us you can go for an annual membership. ;-)

Upon registering as a member you set yourself up with a username and password to access our members portal. Upon logging into our members portal you will be able to access all members-only content.

Our service does a really good job of keeping all of your information safe and secure, but if you want to be extra safe, you can log out of your account after each session by hovering over your icon in the top right corner, and clicking ‘Log Out’ at the bottom of the menu.

Yes you can! In your profile, you can access your settings, and you can change your details in the section labelled ‘My Details’. Your username, display name and profile picture can all be changed from this spot too!

Log into our members portal and click your profile picture/avatar. Select ‘Settings’ and on the following screen you’ll be able to update your email and notification preferences under the ‘Profile Settings’ header.

Within this section you can opt in or out of:

  • Product updates (please note this removes you from the weekly emails which notify you when your new weekly content is ready)
  • Replies to posts and comments
  • New products and promotions (our weekly emails with bonus content and new features)

Making the most of your discounts is easy! Head over to the ‘Aligned Partners’ page of our members portal and find the service discount you’re after. Each of our partner brands provide special discount codes you can activate at checkout on their websites.

We find it difficult to imagine wanting to leave such a great tribe, but we understand that sometimes life happens in ways we can’t quite plan for. 

So we’ve made it easy for you: yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, no complications. 

And if you leave and desperately want to come back, we’ll welcome you back with open arms. How does that sound?

Head to the membership section of the website, and click on your profile picture to access your settings. From there, select ‘Billing Info’ and simply press ‘Cancel’. You will lose access to the membership at the end of your current billing cycle.

All new members are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period from initial sign-up. This means we will refund you in full if you decide you’d like to cancel within 14 days of initial registration. Please cancel your membership by logging into your account (see instructions above) and then email: [email protected] to request a full refund.

After the initial 14 day cooling off period, we do not issue refunds. If you cancel your membership, your service access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point it will terminate.

To cancel, head to the membership section of the website, and click on your profile picture to access your settings. From there, select ‘Billing Info’ and simply press ‘cancel’. You will lose access to the membership at the end of the current billing cycle. 

TV Questions

Currently, we are planning our content for 2022 but will be broadcasting on Roku, Amazon Firestick and Apple TV once we go live. Please bear with us. These channels will be up and running very soon. 


However, please refer below for instructions on how to access our service on each platform.

Roku:
Press the 'Home' button on your Roku remote.
Select 'Streaming Channels' to open the Channel Store.
Type ‘I Am Sound TV’ into the search bar.
Select ‘Add Channel’ to add us to your Roku device.
Enter your pin.

Amazon Firestick:
Type ‘I Am Sound TV’ into your search bar.
Select our app.
Select ‘Get’ or the shopping cart icon to start your download.

Apple TV:
Select the Store icon.
Search ‘I Am Sound TV’.
Select ‘Subscribe’ and sign in with your Apple ID.
Confirm your billing information.

No, our TV content, just like our radio content, is entirely free of charge.

Our TV channels will broadcast fun and engaging documentaries plus a whole host of bonus content from various creators. We will also host live sound healing sessions and meditations as well as in depth interviews with some of the world’s wisest thought leaders. New content will be added all the time once we go live.

Radio Questions

You can download our app from the following platforms.

Or just search for ‘I Am Sound Radio’ in the store and follow the instructions to download.

From there, you can listen to the station live as long as you have internet access on your device. For times when you don’t, we also have content available for you to download. This is currently limited to our independent hosts, and not our weekly DJ mixes.

You can also financially support the app and our show creators by sending a tip through the app. Just tap the ‘£’ button located just below the ‘playing now’ window at the top of your screen and follow the instructions.

You can also leave messages for us, by tapping the speech bubble button just below the ‘playing now’ window at the top of your screen. Let us and our creators know how much you’re loving I Am Sound!
